Azure outage - 29/10/2025

UPDATE - 30/10/2025:

Access to the platform has been fully restored. We continue to monitor Azure's restoration of services and will provide feedback in the coming days. Further information will be provided based on our own investigations, and we will communicate any next steps or mitigations planned from our side.

 


 

Starting at approximately 16:00 UTC, Microsoft Azure began experiencing DNS issues resulting in availability degradation of some services, including the Azure Portal, and CDNs that impact the product. Customers may experience issues accessing the Platform. Azure have taken action that is expected to address the issues and BusinessOptix will continue to monitor for more information. More information will be provided within 60 minutes or sooner.
