I thought I'd give a rundown of the latest features that have been added to Web Author
Local saving - Periodically a version of the model you're currently working on will be saved locally. If the browser crashes, the next time you edit the model you will be given the opportunity to use the locally saved version of the model rather than the one form the server. A local version will also be created if you attempt to save a model and this fails due to internet connectivity issues.
Revisions tray - When editing a model in Shared, a new Revisions tray is shown which gives a history of all the changes made to the model. You can use this list to remove unwanted revisions and compare the changes between revisions. In the next build you will also be able to edit individual revisions from this list, so you can easily go back to an earlier revision if the changes that have been made since are not correct.
Send to workflow improvements - When sending a model to a workflow, you can now select the stakeholders who need to review and approve the model at the same time, rather than having to set them up in the Stakeholders tray beforehand.
Warning about overwriting someone else's changes - If someone else has edited a model whilst you have been working on it, you will be informed when you try to save your changes. You then have the choice of overwriting their changes or cancelling the save.
