When a new library is created the customer is provided with a default set of reports.
Standard Reports
Standard Reports are stored in the Shared\Reports folder. They are available for viewing to all users.
All models | This report shows all models stored in the library |
Assessments | This shows the results of any assessment forms that have been submitted |
Assigned Roles | This report shows the users and assigned roles set up in your organization charts |
Comments | This report shows all comments submitted for models that you have access to |
Interdependencies | This report shows how many components reference diagrams in the library |
Master Data items | This report shows all Master Data items in the library |
Master Data Usage | This report shows where master data items are referenced in models |
Model complexity | This report gives a general indication of which are the most complex models in the library |
Model Issues | This report gives an overview of the health of the models in your library |
Model Links | This report shows all links specified in all models |
Model status | This report shows the review status of all models in the library |
Model updates | This report shows all changes to models in the Shared folder |
RACI Analysis | This report shows all process activities, and for each, the Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed roles. |
Admin Reports
Admin Reports are stored in the Shared\Reports\Admin folder. This folder is locked down by default to all admins within the manage area.
Database Schema | This report shows available components, their properties, tables, columns and views available for reporting |
Emails | Report showing emails sent from the library and workflow |
Recently Deleted | This report shows the last 20 items deleted from the library |
User Activity | This report shows which users have accessed the library |
