BusinessOptix allows viewers to focus on the tasks and activities that they are responsible for. This can be done when the viewer is viewing a process model (HTML Output).
To change the role view...
Step 1:
Click on the section highlighted in the image below. This will give the user a drop-down list of all the different roles involved in the process.
Step 2:
Click on the role you want to see the relevant activities for. The diagram model will highlight the activities and tasks this specific role is responsible/accountable for and grey out the activities that they have no role in.
