The BusinessOptix platform API is available using the OpenAPI specification. Whilst there are many aspects of the API that are common to all libraries in the platform, your library configuration can also add API endpoints.

The API documentation is therefore custom to each library and can be accessed using a URL in the format:

https://<servername>/<libraryname>/Library/OpenAPI/

If you are not using development or configuration software that consumes the API natively then a user interface can be installed in your library to view the API. Please request via Customer Support.

Once customer support have installed the user interface, and subject to access control, you can  access at

https://<servername>/<libraryname>/Library/Shared/OpenAPI/
