When working in our html editor fields (editor fields are the text entry areas that allow formatting i.e Work instruction or description fields) typically they have a toolbar as seen below.
Click the 'Show Text' button to create more space for the editors, click on it again to go back to diagram view.

There is also a full screen button on the editor toolbar that will provide even more space for editing
