The February 2025 release has focused on resolving issues and small enhancements. These include:
Author
In Author when you select Show/hide codes the change only applied to the diagram. It now also applies to the table of contents.
The auto layout of process featured assumed there would be a start event in the process map. This has now been corrected.
When a model uses a local resource, that is updated to be master data the local resource is not removed from the model. When the model is next edited the local resource will be removed and saved.
External URLs used in references that contain a single quote character prevented the model from being opened in Author. This has been corrected.
Models
When a form was assigned to an individual user after being assigned to a group of users the task notification was not being created properly. This has been corrected.
When viewing model output displaying definitions that had codes, we were not displaying the code. This has been corrected.
Quality review workflows do not notify the author and owner when the workflow starts in the second cycle (typically 2 years after the model was first published). This has been corrected and will apply to any model when it enters the second cycle.
Server
CSV Process Import did not cope with an invalid Process stencil extension. This has been corrected.
In libraries that are configured as a BusinessOptix Authenticating library we were not storing the authenticating library usernames consistently. This has been corrected.
The Open API definition for forms that include spaces in the form name do not generate a valid curl command line, due to having a non-encoded space. This has been corrected.
