The July 2020 release primarily addresses issues identified through usage and on-going testing.
Library
On occasion, the My Activities card in the library appears after navigating between pages when it shouldn't. This has been corrected.
A change related to better supporting multiple languages led to the creation of some folders in the format of Shared&lang=en. The root cause has been corrected. Please contact customer support to request the folders are deleted.
When attempting to move a folder to another folder the user didn't get the full choice of available folders for them to move to. This has been corrected.
When viewing the library on a small device/smartphone the navigation cards were not always visible. This has been corrected.
When viewing My Activities a user can now toggle between Grid and List view.
When viewing the My Tasks and My Notifications menus in the library the titles will now take you to the Discussions and Activities tabs in the library.
Models that were created in a Shared folder and then moved by an author to their My Work folder were incorrectly appearing in search results. This has been corrected.
In libraries that are configured to only allow an administrator to create folders, an author could circumvent the control by creating a folder in My Work and then moving or copying it to /Shared. This has been corrected.
For clients who have an authenticating library with credential pass through to a target library (this is not the same as single sign-on) and the user was not explicitly set-up on the target library the library home page did not load correctly. This has been corrected.
It is no longer possible to move, rename or delete the Shared/Master Data folder structure.

Model Output
When opening PDFs from the model output they opened in the same tab. This was inconsistent with other parts of the BusinessOptix platform where they open in a new tab. Opening a PDF will now open in a new tab.
A previous change that made components required led to a very small number of models not being able to generate. There has also been a small number of models that have had the Action button not work correctly. These have been corrected.

Process Models
When you filter by in a Process model the orange border around activities is now wider to make it clearer.
When you view current/future state in a process the user's choice is now applied at the model level and not at the individual process diagram level. This means that if you select the future state view at a process level when you click into a sub-process that will also show the future state view. Previously they were independent.
When viewing the process diagrams in the Document view of HTML Output on a process that has been translated by an author into multiple languages the diagrams were not being translated when the user changed their language preference. Additionally, the translated model name did not always show in the user-selected preferred language. These have been corrected.

Dashboards and Reports
When viewing a dashboard for a form using a form-based data source and the form contained a field named Id we were not showing the data correctly. This has been corrected.
When requesting a data refresh on a dashboard some of the charts/tables were being updated before all of the data was available. This has been corrected to wait for all the required data before re-displaying charts and tables.
The card footer in dashboards was not showing text more than one line long when previously it displayed up to three lines. This has been corrected.
Export to CSV only resulted in the first page of results being exported instead of all the results. This has been corrected.
An issue with not being able to select a color from a color map in dashboards has been corrected.
When a component or form based data source is created the author now has the option of selecting the model's folder name as a data field.

Forms
Plain text email notifications with a URL were displaying the full URL but when the form name contained a space, the user's email software did not identify all of the text as being clickable. This has been corrected.
When an assessment form had been created and one of the fields subsequently deleted the assessment score did not get calculated. This has been corrected.

Functional Groups
To aid understanding of where in the hierarchy level a group is we've added an automatically calculated level property to functional groups master data. The functional group model requires saving for the calculation to be performed.

Import
When a file was being imported into BusinessOptix but the stencil for the output did not exist an error message will now be shown advising the issue.

Process Mining
Importing a process mining source (XES or CSV) into My Work resulted in the author not being able to apply process mining filters. This has been corrected.
